Ride Day DETAILS

PARKING & ARRIVAL

Start/Finish is located south of Crown Center and the Boulevardia festival grounds - between 27th Terr and 29th St, and between McGee Trafficway and Gillham Rd.

Parking

If you're planning to join us at the festival after the ride, your best parking option is the Crown Center retail parking garage. You can access the parking garage from Grand Boulevard, just south of the main entrance to the Crown Center Shops. Parking will be free and you can leave your vehicle in the garage while you enjoy the festivities. It'll only take you a minute to hop on your bike and get to the Start/Finish location.

If you won't be joining us at the festival, you can still use the Crown Center parking garage, or there are a limited number of parking spots at the Start/Finish location. Keep in mind that all vehicles must exist this parking lot after the ride.

Arrival

The start times for the three routes will be staggered. Plan to arrive one hour ahead of the scheduled start to allow plenty of time to park, check-in, pump up your tires, fill up your water bottles, and take pre-ride photos.

The Hangover - Arrive by 7:00am; rollout at 8:00am

The Six-Pack - Arrive by 7:45am; rollout at 8:45am

The Pint - Arrive by 8:30am; rollout at 9:30am

safety & support

  • All cyclists MUST wear a helmet.

  • All cyclists should ride with the necessary items to make their own repairs (consider a portable pump and/or CO2 inflator, spare tube and/or patch kit, tire lever, etc.)

  • All cyclists must obey the rules of the road. Although all routes will be thoroughly marked, all roads will remain open to vehicles and pedestrians.

  • Stay hydrated. June can be hot in Kansas! Bring a water bottle (or two) and refill along the ride. Water and Gatorade will be provided at Start/Finish and at all rest stops.

Support Vehicles
If you experience any issues and are unable to continue on the course, a support vehicle (provided by our friends at Turner Construction) will be available to transport you back to Start/Finish.
