Your group will be volunteering at:

Arrival & Departure Time
Please arrive at the rest stop location by 8:00am. This will ensure you have time to set-up prior to the arrival of riders. It is estimated that riders will begin arriving at this rest stop at approximately 8:45am, with the last riders arriving at approximately 10:30am. You should plan to clean up and close this rest stop by 11:00am, allowing your group to depart at that time.
Set up
A tent, tables, chairs and portable toilets will be delivered prior to your arrival. Filled water coolers, food and supplies will also be delivered. Instructions on setting up and preparing/serving food will be included in the Volunteer Handbook (will be located in the rest stop bin).
Clean up
We have some gracious hosts that allow us to use their spaces for our event. In exchange, we like to leave their space in the same great condition we found it. Please make sure garbage is collected, and that all unused items and food are placed in the rest stop bin.
T-Shirts & Tickets
All volunteers will receive an official Ride 2 Boulevardia 2022 t-shirt, a General Admission ticket to Boulevardia, and food/beer vouchers redeemable at the festival. All of these items will be found in the rest stop bin when you arrive.
Most of all, we hope you have fun! Feel free to take photos of your group and post them to social media. Be sure to use the #Ride2Boulevardia hashtag!
